Labor figures gather for disability summit

Labor disability ministers and shadow ministers from all states and territories will meet in Melbourne on Friday to discuss Australia's disability sector.
The inaugural summit has been set up to allow senior Labor figures hear from experts and stakeholders about the National Disability Insurance Scheme and the problems in the sector.
Federal Labor's NDIS spokesman Bill Shorten is expected to address the media at midday.
