Kingswood Country actor Ross Higgins dies

Australian actor Ross Higgins has died, aged 86.
Higgins had been unwell and died in hospital on Friday, according to the ABC.
The actor was known for playing eccentric suburbanite Ted Bullpitt in Seven's 1980s Australian sitcom Kingswood Country, a spin-off from Higgins' earlier sketch series The Naked Vicar Show.
Higgins' character was known for his line "You're not taking the Kingswood" in reference to the family Holden.
In 1997 he brought the character back to the small screen for the series Bullpitt which ran on the Seven Network for two seasons.
The network has praised Higgins for his talent and approach to his work.
"Ross Higgins was a perfectionist in everything he took on. He had a brilliant understanding of comedy and a sharp sense of comedic timing," a spokesperson for the Seven Network told AAP.
"Audiences loved his work and appreciated the heart and warmth he brought to all his roles. We salute his career.
"Our thoughts are with his family at this very sad time."
Higgins is survived by his wife Nadine and four children.
