Kim Kardashian was mobbed by fans at Bondi in Sydney last night - but she was just one of the celebrities lighting up the harbour city.

Kardashian, who recently "broke the internet" with a set of nude photos shot for Paper magazine, dined in a private room at Bondi's iconic institution Icebergs.

Leaving the restaurant at night, she snapped a few selfies with fans before being driven away.

The celebrity is in Australia to promote a new perfume, Fleur Fatale, which will launch in Australia this month.

She will next travel to Melbourne for a VIP party.

Hollywood icon Robert Redford was coincidentally also dining at Icebergs last night, exiting the restaurant just moments after Kardashian.

He is in town to film political drama Truth with Australian actress Cate Blanchett.

The film centres on the 2004 report by US news anchor Dan Rather that then-president George W. Bush received preferential treatment to avoid the Vietnam War draft.

Redford will play Rather, while Blanchett is playing 60 Minutes producer Mary Mapes, who was fired over the story.

Meanwhile, Brad Pitt is also in Sydney, awaiting wife Angelina Jolie, who is expected to jet into town today.

The Hollywood power couple will attend the premiere of Jolie's new movie Unbroken, which she filmed and directed in Australia last year.
