Five killed in Kakadu National Park crash
Five people have been killed in a high-speed crash in the Northern Territory's Kakadu National Park.
Police received a call before 10am yesterday that a Toyota Orion travelling towards Darwin had left the road, over-corrected and rolled, crashing into a tree on the Arnhem Highway, around 60 kilometres west of Jabiru.

The five occupants, believed to be Indigenous men, died at the scene.
Police say excessive speed is a likely factor in the crash but it's too early to tell what else may have contributed.
The road was closed in both directions until 4pm while the major crash unit investigated.
The victims' next of kin was still being notified yesterday evening.
