John Wallace Edwards guilty of killing his wife
A man accused of killing his wife over an affair has been found guilty of her murder.
John Wallace Edwards was today found guilty of killing his wife Sharon after she found love with her old football coach Billy Mills.
When Ms Edwards went missing, her husband pretended he didn't know what had occurred.

During the police investigation, detectives asked what he believed happened to her.
"I've got no idea. That's why I'm so frustrated. I got no idea," he told them.
"But God I hope you find her – My boys are worried too."
Today, a jury determined this was all an act. Ms Edwards body has never been recovered.
During the trial, Josh Edward's, their son, said his father admitted to a physical confrontation with his wife when she went missing in 2015.
Edwards said he snatched her iPad from her, wrestled her and had her hand pinned to her side.
According to court documents, he told his son he slammed her on the floor and she hit her head.

Edwards told his son: "I'm sorry -I should have just walked away. She'd be alive if I went home."
When questioned by police, Edwards said he knew about his wife's affair with Mr Mills, saying he was the last person to see her before she disappeared.
"Billy Mills was the last person to see her - they were planning their retirement together," Edwards said.
On the night Ms Edwards disappeared, she spent the night at Grafton Pub with Mr Mills and then she went home.

The prosecution argued that Edwards killed her, before dumping her body in bushland near Lawrence, where a triangulation detected her mobile phone between 4am and 7am.
Edwards claimed he had watched a movie at Ms Edwards home and he left before midnight, however phone data placed him at the location at 3am.
His phone also pinged at Lawrence an hour later.
While today's verdict brings some closure to Ms Edward's family, until her husband confesses – her body may never be found.
He will be sentenced at a later date.
