John Farnham in rare post-cancer pictures at son's wedding
Australian music icon John Farnham has returned to the public eye in photos from his son's wedding in a rare appearance after his 2022 cancer surgery.
Farnham, 74, appeared in good health as his son Rob tied the knot with his bride Melissa in February, with the photos shared over the weekend.
"Shared the happiest moment with my favourite person in the universe and she said I do," Rob Farnham wrote on Instagram.

It was followed by reconstructive plastic surgery and stints in rehabilitation, including eight weeks of radiation treatment, and further surgeries.
He was pronounced cancer-free in mid-2023, issuing a public statement in which he said he felt like the "luckiest man I know".
His public appearances have been scarce since then, but last year he did grant permission for the Indigenous Voice to parliament "Yes" campaign to use his hit song You're The Voice.
