'Make good choices': Heartbroken mum speaks after teen dies following car-surfing
A heartbroken mother has spoken out just hours after her 18-year-old son died, 11 days after he suffered critical head injuries while car-surfing.
Jahreece White was just two weeks past his 18th birthday when he sustained the injuries that put him in a coma he never woke up from.
After he died this morning at 9am local time in Royal Perth Hospital, his mum Roxanne took the opportunity to speak out.

"Make good choices, we all have to," she said.
"We never know when our time is up, but just try and protect yourselves."
She remembered her son as a loving, kind young man, and promising basketballer.
"He loved me, he wanted to protect me, provide for me and surprise me," she said.
She promised his name would never be forgotten.
The White family has now set up a crowdfunding page online to bring Jahreece's body back to New Zealand.
