Investigation underway after pair break into two Adelaide businesses

An investigation is underway after a car was used to break into two Adelaide businesses.

Police said two people entered a car spare parts business at Ridgehaven at 9.30pm on Friday.

Officers said the pair swept through the premises, took nothing but left a trail of damage for the business owners to clean up.

Everlast Mufflers' Daryl Downing told 9News he felt "absolutely disgusted" by what had happened to the business.

"I just would have liked to have met these people in person here," Downing said.

"We'll lose about 30 per cent of our business because we have equipment out of action."

Police said the pair then ram raided a bicycle shop in Valley View and took two expensive bikes.

"A Silver Toyota Landcruiser, SA registration WSX861, which had been stolen from Waterloo Corner earlier in the day was seen at both the break-ins," police said.

Officers are investigating links to previous incidents in the area that occurred earlier in the week.
