Injured Sydney woman mystery solved

A woman who was found with serious injuries on a suburban Sydney footpath says she'd had an accident in her home and was trying to get help.
The 67-year-old woman underwent surgery after being discovered with serious head and facial injuries outside a home in West Ryde on Sunday evening.
Detectives were finally able to speak to the woman on Thursday, who told them she had fallen inside her home and then fallen again when seeking help.
