Immigration and Border Force workers have rejected the latest wage offer, as they prepare to launch Easter strike action.

More than an 80 per cent voted `no' in the ballot which was cast by more than 11,000 public servants.

"This result shows how deeply dissatisfied these workers remain and why they're preparing to continue their campaign of strike action over Easter to pressure the government to engage meaningfully on changing the bargaining policy to allow fair and reasonable outcomes," the Public Sector Union's national secretary Nadine Flood said on Monday.
