I'm A Celebrity finale rates well for Ten

I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here! may not have delivered Network Ten the No.1 show but it certainly knocked around the ratings of other programs.

The winner announcement of I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here! (1.44 million) was third on OzTAM's overnight ratings, which are based on advertised starting and finishing times.

The winner announcement, though, ran 20 minutes over time and Ten said the correct rating was 1.23 million viewers which would still not have been enough to win the night.

However, the reality show's success pushed the Seven Network's Australia: The Story Of Us (894,000) down to 11th and kept Sunday Night (980,000) well down the pecking order in ninth spot.

The Block Triple Threat (1.205 million) on the Nine Network was the most watached non-news program on Sunday night.
