Hot air balloon goes down on side of busy freeway

A hot air balloon has come down on the side of a busy freeway in Melbourne.
The balloon went down off the Monash Freeway near the Ferntree Gully on-ramp this morning.
A Victoria Police spokesman said the landing was not an emergency landing.

Emergency services are at the scene.
There are no reports of any injuries.
