Horse walks into police station, no joke

A horse has walked into a police station in Cheshire, England.

After escaping from a nearby field, the horse calmly ambled into the force’s headquarters in Winsford, the BBC reports.

Footage has been captured  of a man attempting to shoo the four-legged intruder as it approaches the door.

It is entirely unperturbed and proceeds directly into the building.

A Cheshire police spokesman said the animal was “quickly escorted” back to its field.

“We like to ensure a warm welcome to all our guests at HQ and at neigh point did the horse pose a risk to security,” he said.
