Hollywood star Natalie Portman drops in on Melbourne Demons training

Academy Award-winner Natalie Portman has turned heads at the Melbourne Demons training this morning.

Wearing jeans and a Demons Guernsey, Portman made the key appearance at Gosch's Paddock alongside friends.

The Star Wars and Black Swan actress was filmed smiling and chatting with club officials.

She also took time to pose for a photo with coach Simon Goodwin.

Portman is in Melbourne for the National Gallery of Victoria’s annual gala.

In an interview with the Herald Sun, the 37-year-old gushed about Australia.

“The people are so lovely, the nature is breathtaking, and the culture is astonishing.”
