High-ranking Finks bikie charged in dramatic raid and arrest

A high-ranking Finks bikie’s home has been raided on the New South Wales mid-north coast.

Footage supplied by police shows officers storming the home and arresting a 39-year-old man on the footpath barefoot and shirtless.

The search warrant was carried out on the Thrumster property, near Port Macquarie, at 11.30am yesterday.

A 35-year-old woman was also arrested on the scene.

Police seized methylamphetamine, also known as ice, cash, a push dagger and a Rolex watch suspected to have been stolen.

The man, who is a high-ranking member of the Finks outlaw motorcycle gang, was charged 20 serious charges, including reckless grievous bodily harm and attempted kidnap, along with a string of drugs and weapons charges.

The woman was charged with knowingly take part in the supply of a prohibited drug and possessing a prohibited drug.

Both were refused bail and appeared in court today.

Strike Force Addax was established at the start of the year to investigate OMCG activity in the region.
