High Court rules against Clive Palmer in Queensland Nickel case

The High Court has thrown out a bid by former MP Clive Palmer to stall questioning by the liquidators of his collapsed company, Queensland Nickel.
Liquidators are trying to determine whether Mr Palmer was acting as a shadow director when the company collapsed.

Mr Palmer was challenging the validity of the law the liquidators were using to compel him to answer questions about the company.
Hundreds of jobs were lost when the company collapsed earlier this year.
