Help needed after hit and run:police
A man has been injured in an alleged hit and run in Sydney's northwest.
Police have been told the 21-year-old man, from Shalvey, was struck on Windsor Road, near Mile End Road, in Rouse Hill at about 2.50am (AEDT) on Sunday.
He sustained serious injuries and was taken to Westmead Hospital where he's reported to be in a stable condition.
A taxi may have been involved in the incident, and police are now keen to hear from anyone with information about the incident, or the vehicle involved.
Investigators have contacted taxi companies operating in the area at the time, and have spoken with a driver.
However, they are seeking anyone who can provide clarification of the circumstances leading up to the young man being injured.
