Motorcyclist seriously injured after crash in Melbourne's south-east
A motorcyclist has been hospitalised after a crash in Melbourne's inner south-east overnight.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of Beach Road and Orlando Street in Hampton about 8.25pm after receiving reports of a collision between a Mazda Tribute wagon and a Yamaha motorbike.
The rider, a 33-year-old man, was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries but is now in a stable condition.

The driver of the Mazda, a 21-year-old woman from Brighton East, stopped at the scene and is assisting police with their enquiries.
The investigation into the collision is ongoing.
