Half-naked woman found unconscious in NSW

A woman is fighting for life after being found unconscious and partly undressed with head injuries in NSW's Central West.

Emergency services responded to reports of an injured woman at a holiday park in Cowra at 7.30am on Thursday.

When they arrived, police located a partly naked 37-year-old woman with head injuries.

She was treated at the scene by paramedics before being airlifted to Orange Hospital in a critical condition.

A crime scene was established and local detectives are investigating.
