Sebastian spits the dummy in interview after wife says he looks ‘fatter on TV’

Aussie pop star and Eurovision contestant Guy Sebastian has embraced his diva side after "storming out" of an interview with his wife Jules.

Sebastian underwent his wife's cross-examination on her online show Tea With Jules - but it was a seemingly innocent compliment that sent him over the edge.

"Here's a compliment for you - you're looking looking really good in real life, you're looking very toned," she said.

"Have you been working out?"

However, Sebastian was unimpressed.

"You're my wife, you know what I look like every day - what are you asking me these questions for?" he said.

Jules, a TV presenter and fashion stylist, continued to poke fun at her husband, saying that when people complimented him on his appearance on the street, they were really telling him "you look fatter on TV".

Sebastian was aghast and walked off-set, pursued by one of Jules's staff before being persuaded to return.

"Well, it's just going to be awkward now," Sebastian lamented.

Australian Eurovision fans will be hopeful Sebastian brings the same sense of theatrics to the iconic song contest.
