A gunman is being hunted by police following several armed robberies in Perth's outer suburbs where victims were shot at.

Early this morning heavily armed officers stormed a Koondoola property, finding a black Nissan Navara ute that was last seen in Lakelands a month ago where two riders had their motorbikes stolen at gunpoint and their car was shot at.

It is understood the gunman, who police say is 36-year-old Bobby Punevski, fled just before the raid on the property.

Sniffer dogs, forensic officers and detectives searched the house, gathering evidence, but no firearms were found.

A statewide alert has been issued for Punevski, and it's believed he is armed and dangerous.

Punevski is about 175 cm tall, has a slim build and fair skin, brown eyes and a shaved head

The gunman is also wanted for questioning over another shooting just before the bikes were stolen – police say a man and a woman on bicycles were also shot at in the Lakelands area – but were not injured.

If you see Punevski do not approach him – instead call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
