Two men have been charged after a major police operation at a home in Sydney's south-west.

Police were first called to reports of a brawl on Bromley Avenue in Greenacre, just after 12.45am today.

The group quickly dispersed before police attended a nearby home on Noble Avenue, where they allege a man threatened officers with a knife.

Police said once inside, two 22-year-old men were Tasered and arrested.

Paramedics assessed the men before they were taken to Bankstown police station and later charged.

Five men, two women and a child were home at the time, and were uninjured but escorted from the home.

Police continue to investigate.
