Police investigate after firebomb thrown at unoccupied home in Sydney's south-west

Police have launched an investigation after a firebomb was thrown at an unoccupied home in Sydney's south-west.
Emergency services were called to the property Macquarie Street in Greenacre at 1am today after reports a glass fire bomb had been thrown, which ignited a fire.
Fire and Rescue NSW extinguished the blaze, which caused minor damage to the front of the house.

Police set up a crime scene and commenced an investigation into the incident.
Police said fuel jerry was located at the front of the house, which has been seized for forensic examination.
The home is currently unoccupied.
There were no reports of any injuries.
Police are searching for information, dashcam and mobile phone footage.
The incident comes after multiple glass fire bombs were thrown at a home in Condell Park on the weekend.
