Government departments will get a chance to have their say on the controversial Trans-Pacific Partnership.

A parliamentary inquiry into the 12-country trade deal will hold its final hearing in Canberra on Monday, with officials from the departments of foreign affairs, health, immigration and border protection among the listed witnesses.

Committee chair Stuart Robert expects a number of concerns raised during the inquiry, including the transparency of the negotiation process, to be addressed.
