Government group to back foreign workers

Dodgy employers who hire foreign workers are in the federal government's sights as it announces a ministerial working group to consider further crackdowns.
Employment Minister Michaelia Cash will chair a group that also includes Immigration Minister Peter Dutton, Justice Minister Michael Keenan and Assistant Treasurer Kelly O'Dwyer.
"We know that foreign workers are potentially more vulnerable to workplace exploitation and as such we have a responsibility to investigate additional measures to ensure their protection," Senator Cash said in a statement on Thursday.
