Gorgeous pit bull puppy makes amazing recovery after horrific attack

A three-week-old puppy has made a spectacular recovery after she was attacked by her mother in a horrific food fight.

The gorgeous pit bull baby named May suffered severe injuries to her jaw meaning she was unable to eat properly.

May’s owners could not afford treatment and surrendered her to Vet Ranch – an organisation that treats homeless animals.

After just two weeks of treatment and tube feeding, May made a speedy recovery and is now eating solid dog food again.

Vet Ranch is a non-profit company that is solely funded by donations, and posted photos and videos of May’s progress on their Facebook page.

May was placed with new owners and has been taken to a new home.
