A man has shared video of his attempts to protect a flock of ducks that had decided to stop in the middle of a busy road in Texas.
Dashcam video posted to the Facebook page of Houston storm chaser and musician Hank Schyma on Wednesday shows cars squeezing past the ducks which were occupying almost two full lanes of traffic.
Instead of avoiding the ducks, Mr Schyma hops out and hurries over to shoo the birds back towards what appears to be an adjacent park.
“Warning: this short clip contains a simple act of kindness... But will likely somehow offend somebody... Somewhere,” the caption reads.
The remark comes after Mr Schyma was criticised for another post just a few days earlier.
The post claimed he helped rescue a woman left trapped beneath the rubble of her Canton home following a tornado, Houston ChronicleHouston Chronicle.
An accompanying photo of Mr Schyma sitting beside bloody victim Vicki Denny-Ferguson in his car was slammed by some Facebook users, who took issue with the fact Mr Schyma was grinning in the face of tragedy.
Hundreds of homes were left without power and multiple buildings damaged after a tornado swept through Canton, East Texas over the weekend.
