NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian has faced her first Question Time since yesterday's explosive ICAC hearing.

Opposition Leader Jodi McKay has again called for the premier to stand down and will move a vote of no-confidence against Ms Berejiklian.

Ms Berejiklian looked down at her book and took notes as Ms McKay spoke, at one stage shaking her head. The premier sat on the frontbench on her own as per social distancing requirements.

Ms McKay called Ms Berejiklian "delusional" as the premier tried to defend her position and explain why she did not report Mr Maguire.

"At all times, I have undertaken the full letter of my responsibilities, in accordance with those responsibilities, because that is what a premier does," Ms Berejiklian said before she was interrupted by laughter from the Opposition.

Deputy Speaker Leslie Williams had to repeatedly call for order and Ms Berejiklian was taunted with calls of "woohoo", in reference to text messages between her and Mr Maguire.

"This behaviour will not continue. If you have a question... you ask the question and you listen," Ms Williams said at one stage.
