Girl dies after Vic boat crash

A girl has died from the injuries she suffered in a boat crash on a central Victorian lake.
The 12-year-old Kyneton girl was on board one of two boats that collided on Lake Eppalock on Friday.
She suffered head injuries and was airlifted to the Royal Children's Hospital in a critical condition, where she died on Sunday night.

A 15-year-old boy and a man in his 40s were treated at the lake, near Bendigo, for minor injuries.
Water Police seized both boats involved in the collision.
The boat operators, a 45-year-old man from Doreen and a 46-year-old man from Kyneton, have been interviewed by police.
