Thousands without power as storms hit Victoria
More than 6000 homes are without power as storms lashed parts of Victoria this afternoon.
Emergency services are currently responding to a number of flooding incidents across Geelong after the storms hit about 2.15pm.
In Corio, a suburb in Geelong, flash flooding swallowed up cars and inundated many businesses.

The Victorian State Emergency Service said they have received 114 calls for assistance, 65 of those have been for flooding.
The busiest units have been Corio and Geelong.
In Melbourne, thunderstorms crossed the bay just after 5pm.
