A fourth person has died due to injuries sustained in a plane crash in Papua New Guinea on Saturday that killed an Australian pilot.
A Papua New Guinean pilot, her Australian co-pilot and a passenger died when the Hevilift twin otter aircraft went down near Port Moresby.

A fourth person, who was in a critical condition following the crash, has since died, the ABC reports.
Five other Papua New Guinean passengers all survived the crash and have been treated for injuries.
An investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
