Four men stabbed during Gold Coast home invasion

Four men have been hospitalised with stab wounds after a home invasion reportedly sparked by a drug debt on the Gold Coast.

Police were called to reports of a stabbing at a Pacific Pines home about 9pm, and found four men aged in their 20s and 30s with stab wounds to their faces and backs.

They were taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital, and one of the men remains in a critical condition.

Police said an unknown number of people had forced entry to the property and attacked the men.

Authorities have not released suspect descriptions as they have not yet interviewed the victims.
