Four injured in northwest NSW

Four people, including a toddler, have been injured in a head-on crash in northwest NSW.

Emergency services were called to Nullamanna, about 20km northeast of Inverell, after two cars collided just after 4pm on Wednesday, police said.

A 15-month-old girl, who suffered a suspected neck fracture, was among the injured, as well as a 15-year-old girl, who suffered fractures to her shoulder and pelvis.

They, along with the 45-year-old female driver, were airlifted to hospital, while he 25-year-old male driver of the second car was taken by ambulance.

All four are in a stable condition.
