Four armed men storm Gold Coast home in early morning attack

Police are hunting for a group of men who stormed a Gold Coast unit armed with knives and a baseball bat in what is believed to have been a random attack.
Two men at the Christopher Street, Pimpama home suffered stab wounds in the early morning home invasion just before 3am.
Police believe the group stormed the unit, breaking down the door before attacking two of the occupants of the house.
Neighbours told 9NEWS they heard yelling, screaming and loud bangs before one man was spotted running down the street.
One of the victims, a 21-year-old, has multiple injuries while a 24-year-old has a cut to his arm.
Three women who were home at the time were uninjured in the attack.
It is believed they had only moved into the unit a couple of months ago.
