Former Perth home of accused Claremont serial killer searched

WA police have spent the day combing a suburban Perth home, previously owned by accused serial killer Bradley Edwards during the time of the Claremont killings.
Edwards was last month charged with the abduction and murder of Jane Rimmer and Ciara Glennon in the 1990s.
A third woman was disappeared around the same time, Sarah Spiers, remains missing.
Today, the house on Fountain Way in Huntingdale, in Perth’s south-east, was taped off by police as sniffer dogs search the home.
Slabs of concrete which surrounded a small garden shed were lifted up as officers combed for evidence.
The current owners of the property have reportedly been asked to vacate the home while the search is underway.
It's alleged Edwards lived at the house for a number of years before it was sold in the April 1997.
The Claremont killings sparked Australia’s longest-running and most expensive police investigation.
