The former NRL players who have turned to real estate

A stack of former professional Rugby League players have turned to real estate after the end of their NRL careers.

Legends from the Cronulla Sharks, West Tigers and Manly Sea Eagles are putting their footy skills to use in other ways.

"You learn a lot of good traits being a sports person working with a team environment," Former Cronulla Sharks player Broderick Wright told 9News.

Wright is now the director of Ray White Parramatta, and he's not the only NRL player who has turned to Real Estate.

Former Sea Eagles player Mark Bryant has been selling homes since he retired after 11 years on the field.

Bryant started his NRL career with the Canberra Raiders in 2002, before moving to Manly in 2005.

He played in the 2008 Grand Final team which beat the Melbourne Storm.

"I actually did my real estate license the Thursday before the 2008 grand final," Bryant told 9News.

Former Kangaroos winger Josh Mansour is a part-owner of a building and renovation business. Ex-West Tigers player Tim Moltzen has taken a similar route, now a buyers agent for upscale buyers agency Cohen Handler.
