Former Miss France falls on head trying to pole dance

A former Miss France has had a heavy fall while trying to pole dance in front of almost four million viewers on live TV.

Appearing on the show “On Friday, Anything Goes” alongside a professional pole dancer, Laury Thilleman was keen to show off her skills.

The model and dancer, who was crowned Miss France in 2011, grabs hold of the bars and swiftly turns herself upside down.

Thilleman then gets even more ambitious by trying to do an aerial split, a move which proves to be her undoing as she promptly falls straight on her head.

Shocked host Arthur Essebag then rushes in to make sure Thilleman is OK.

Putting on a brave face, Thilleman laughs off the falls, telling everyone: “I’ll do it again, I don’t like not taking on a challenge.”

Thilleman later posted a photo on Twitter of herself in a neck brace, but reassured her fans that she was fine.

“That will teach me to take on the stunt. More scary than harmful. Firefighters and emergency, thank you,” the tweet read.
