Troubled former AFL star Ben Cousins has been hospitalised with minor injuries after crashing his car into a truck.
Cousins is under police guard in Royal Perth Hospital, 9NEWS can confirm.

He suffered received minor injuries in a crash at High Wycomb around 1.20am today.
He is in a stable condition.
A warrant was issued for the 38-year-old's arrest yesterday after he failed to appear in a Perth court on drug and breaking AVO charges.
