Forensic investigators working to identify body found in South Australia
Mystery surrounds the discovery of human remains on a vacant block in Adelaide's north.
Forensic officers spent Tuesday morning examining an area of trees towards the back of the block in the suburb of Salisbury South.
Police also concentrated on several barrels, however major crime detectives confirmed the remains were not found inside.

Detectives used whipper snippers to clear around a group of trees to help investigators gain access.
Officers worked well into the night on Monday to remove the remains after a gardener located them while cutting the grass earlier in the day.
According to detectives, the body was badly decomposed and they have been unable determine if they belong to a male or female.
Officers said the person had met with foul play.
It is likely to take weeks for forensic investigators to identity the remains.

The grim discovery has raised questions for those who are missing a loved one.
Geoff McLean went missing suburbs away in Andrews Farm in August. His friends are praying he is still alive.
"I'm just hoping it's not Geoff," McLean's friend Mark said.
"I hope he's hiding out somewhere but yeah, it doesn't sound too good."

Police have previously said they have no evidence of him being alive as they searched wetlands in the north.
Officers also revealed McLean was the victim of an acid attack earlier this year.
"He was a bit of a joker and he'd never back down from anyone you know. He'd always go full on," Mark said.
