Fire at Minto factory complex contained by crews in Sydney's south-west

Firefighters have contained a blaze that threatened eight units in an industrial factory complex in Sydney's south-west this afternoon.

Seven fire crews responded to the scene at Minto around 1.50pm after reports one of the units was well alight.

Firefighters stopped the blaze spreading to any of the other seven units, although the entire complex had to be evacuated.

The cause of the fire is under investigation and it is still unclear how much damage has been caused.
