Federal government backbencher Sarah Henderson has apologised after she was caught using a phone while driving.
A photo of Sarah Henderson looking at her phone while behind the wheel in Geelong has been obtained by the Herald Sun, days after Opposition Leader Bill Shorten was fined and forced to apologise for texting and driving.
"Last night, while driving, I looked at my phone. This was obviously the wrong thing to do and I apologise for this error of judgment," Ms Henderson told the newspaper on Thursday.
