Father and son stabbed at home in Sydney’s west

Detectives are investigating the stabbing of a father and his son in western Sydney overnight.
Emergency services were called to Horsley Drive, near Curringa Road, in Carramar about 3am today following reports two people had been stabbed.
They found a father and his adult son outside a home suffering multiple stab wounds.

Both men were treated at the scene before being taken to Westmead Hospital where they remain in a serious but stable condition.
A crime scene has been established while further investigations are carried out by Fairfield detectives.
