Extension of free-range egg feedback

Australians will have a little longer to have a say on the labelling of free-range eggs.
The federal government has decided to extend the period for written submissions until November 27 after receiving a significant public response.
"It is important that all relevant stakeholders views are heard and that there is adequate time to provide those views to governments," Assistant Treasurer Kelly O'Dwyer said in a statement on Thursday.
