Erin Molan falls off her chair during live news bulletin

9NEWS presenter Erin Molan has fallen off her chair during a live news bulletin.

Molan was presenting a sport report on the latest Tour de France results when she took a tumble this evening.

“I have just fallen off my chair … no I am all good,” Molan says off camera, before composing herself and returning to her report.

“I did just fall off my chair, but I am okay, I promise,” the presenter said, back in her chair moments later.

Returning to the incident with co-presenter Georgie Gardner, Molan apologised to viewers.

“Apologies for that and anything that came out of my mouth … I was in a bit of shock. Apologies,” she said.

Viewers have taken to social media to praise the presenter for keeping her cool.
