Teen with 'recent injury' disappears from home

A family has been left searching for answers after their teenage daughter disappeared in Melbourne this week.

Authorities are searching for Elysa Gough, 14, who was last seen at a Bundoora address on Tuesday.

Police and family said they hold concerns for Elysa because of her age and a recent injury.

Investigators have released an image of Elysa in the hope that someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.

Elyse is known to frequent Northland Shopping Centre, and the Wollert, Broadmeadows and Craigieburn areas.
