An elderly man says he’s shaken after being carjacked while stopped at an intersection in Norlane.

Police said the 76-year-old driver stopped at the intersection of Station Street and Foster Street around 2pm on Monday when two men approached his car.

One of the men opened the passenger door and climbed into the vehicle, while the other pulled the man out of the car and demanded his wallet.

The two men then allegedly fled the intersection in the stolen 2007 Hilux.

The Norlane man was not physically injured but was shaken up by the ordeal.

Both men were wearing black hoodies at the time, and one offender was described as about 175cm tall, skinny and aged in his 30s.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
