An elderly man who was driving at twice the legal alcohol limit when he was rammed a parked car in Sydney has been ordered off the road for a month.

Thanh Huynh, 70, was behind the wheel when he clipped a park car at St Johns Park in Sydney’s west in June and rolled his vehicle.

In court today, Huynh had his license revoked for one month, copped a $1600 fine and was put on a 18-month good behaviour bond.

CCTV of the incident captured the moment Huynh clipped the parked vehicle.

He suffered minor injuries during the collision.
