A man accused of being a member of the Australian Defence Force's so-called Jedi Council has been charged with supplying cocaine.

The 40-year-old former army officer was under investigation by detectives attached to Strike Force Civet.

It was established to probe allegations a ring of Defence officers calling themselves "knights of the Jedi Council" had exchanged degrading emails involving up to 10 women.
