Driver critical after SA horror crash

A man has been airlifted to hospital in a critical condition after being pulled from his mangled car after hitting a tree in South Australia.
Two people stopped to help the Mt Torrens man, 49, dragging him from his car before it burst into flames, police say.
The car crashed into a tree on Burfords Hill Road in Kenton Valley in the Adelaide Hills at 5:45pm on Thursday.

He was taken to Royal Adelaide Hospital with serious injuries.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
