Diver recovering after being struck by boat off Rottnest Island in Western Australia

A free-diver is recovering in hospital after he was hit by a boat while free-diving off Western Australia's Rottnest Island.
The man, believed to be in his 30s, was hit near Thompson Bay on Saturday and taken to shore where he was airlifted to Royal Perth Hospital by rescue helicopter.
He remains there in a serious condition, with police are investigating the incident.
